Mobility Shred 101

This full body mobility routine is amazing for anything who is feeling a little tight, spends a lot of time sat at a desk or anyone who has been training really hard and wants to loosen off their muscles.  This routine can be done on its own, or before/after another workout.

Follow me as we mobilise our bodies and stretch ourselves out a little and I guarantee you will feel better for it.

What you need:  A little bit of space, a mat/towel, some form of chair/bench/sofa.
