Smash out this simple to follow full body HIIT workout with warm up and cool down, which includes low impact options for all the moves. With timed exercises and timed rest, there is a mixture of cardio and resistance moves to get your heart rate up and also sculpt your body. The resistance moves can be done with weights if you want although don’t need to be.  Get involved, smash it out, and be done in 35 mins!

I will be doing the entire workout with you as well as demonstrating all the moves and there is a banging playlist to accompany us and get us through!

What you need:  A little bit of space, a mat/towel, and good vibes!  If you want to do the resistance moves with weights, you just need one mid-range weight (you can adjust the weight depending on the move).

The Shred Squad Top Tip: Crank up the volume, and if you have an external/bluetooth speaker, hook it up to your laptop/phone to blast out the bangers!
