Welcome to The Shred Squad On Demand!

I am Claudia Addison-Newland! I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor with a background in Musical Theatre & Dance and I am so excited to bring some of my signature classes and other workouts and fitness tips to you on demand so you can keep shredding wherever you are and whenever you want!

Having trained everyone from celebrities to children and everyone in between, I was delighted when I was approached during lockdown to run some online classes to keep people sweating and smiling through isolation, and thus The Shred Squad was created!

Whilst not with you in person, I hope to bring you some positivity and motivation through the screen and I can guarantee lots of cheesy tunes to get you through workouts - just like in real-life classes! 

The Shred Squad On Demand features multiple full video workouts including Fitness, Dance, Strength, HIIT, Mobility and Stretch sessions!

As well as many other types of workout videos, The Shred Squad include full 45 mins versions of my signature classes Dance Cardio and Dance Shred - see descriptions below!

Dance Shred:
This 45 mins high energy dynamic class is set to the beat of the music and is a combination of dancing cardio and resistance training, aimed to work your entire body, get your heart rate up, whilst also improve your strength and endurance. There is easy dance choreography to follow to release your inner Beyonce and we will also incorporate some more resistance type moves for that added burn and tone (think squats, lunges and Jane Fonda style butt moves!). Using your own body weight, and throwing some serious shapes, you are sure to feel the burn, but leave feeling sweaty, strong and ready to conquer the world!

Dance Cardio:
Designed to get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing, this 45 minute class of non-stop dancing to a mix of banging tunes is sure to put a smile on your face. With easy choreography to follow and cheesy music to get lost in, the main priority is to have fun and the crazy cardio workout is just a bonus!  There is a warm up track and cool down stretch plus a cheeky ass & abs floor track at the end too!

Fitness can, and should be, FUN - so why not give a class a go and see for yourself!
