Class Description: This 45 mins high energy dynamic class is set to the beat of the music and is a combination of dancing cardio and resistance training, aimed to work your entire body, get your heart rate up, whilst also improve your strength and endurance. There is easy dance choreography to follow to release your inner Beyonce and we will also incorporate some more resistance type moves for that added burn and tone (think squats, lunges and Jane Fonda style butt moves!). Using your own body weight, and throwing some serious shapes, you are sure to feel the burn, but leave feeling sweaty, strong and ready to conquer the world!

What you need:  A little bit of space, a mat/towel, a couple of lightish weights (1kg-3kg) if you have or anything that could work as weights such as water bottles, cans of food, bags of sugar etc (It’s only one track so don’t worry if you can’t find anything, you can just skip the track).

The Shred Squad Top Tip: Crank up the volume, and if you have an external/bluetooth speaker, hook it up to your laptop/phone to blast out the bangers!
