15 mins Yoga-Style Flow & Full Body Opener

Get your zen on and tune in to this 15 mins full body yoga-style flow and opener.  This is fantastic to do in the morning in your PJ’s to get you going for the day, but can equally be a relaxing way to end your day and stretch you out especially after a day infront of a laptop.  This is perfect for after a workout, or instead of a workout to get you moving, get your muscles fired up, stretch your body and leave you feeling relaxed, released & rejuvenated!

I have been doing this every morning on days that I am not training and I have noticed such a big difference in my body awareness, flexibility, state of mind and general happiness :)

What you need:  A little bit of space, and your lovely self. I do this one in my bedroom when I wake up!

This style of movement and stretching is super important and is a great way to reduce muscle tension, increase your range of movement as well as improve your circulation and posture.  It is also fantastic to slow your body and brain down, and chill you out.  Try and practise slow and steady breathing and enjoy your zen!
