20 mins Body Blast 104

Smash out this simple to follow full body blast with warm up and cool down, which includes low impact options for all the moves. There is a combination of resistance moves and a few cardio moves thrown in there but on the whole there is a lot less ‘jumping around’ than some of our other workouts!  Get involved, smash it out, and be done in 20 mins!

I will be doing the entire workout with you as well as demonstrating all the moves and there is a banging playlist to accompany us and get us through!

What you need:  A little bit of space, a mat/towel, and good vibes! 

The Shred Squad Top Tip: Crank up the volume, and if you have an external/bluetooth speaker, hook it up to your laptop/phone to blast out the bangers!
