 This is perfect for after a workout, or instead of a workout to chill you out, stretch your body and leave you feeling relaxed and released!

Stretching is super important and is a great way to reduce muscle tension, increase your range of movement as well as improve your circulation and posture.  It is also fantastic to slow your body and brain down, and chill you out.  Try and practise slow and steady breathing and enjoy your zen!
