Class Description: Designed to make pre and post natal movement as FUN as possible!  Suitable for all three trimesters as well as post natal women, this 30 mins low impact dance cardio class is sure to get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing.  With modifications for all levels and non-stop dancing to a mix of banging tunes, you are sure to finish with a smile on your face! There is no dance experience required at all just cheesy music to get lost in, and lots of sweaty fun to be had.  (Post dance stretch and cool down included)

What you need:  A little bit of space, a mat/towel, and good vibes!
