Shred One Weight Workout 101

No weights, no worries! This full body home workout can be done with your bodyweight or with just one weight (I will show you how to be creative if you don’t have an actual weight!)

Class description: Work your entire body with multi-directional resistance moves that target big muscle groups and get your heart rate up for a killer shred! Perfect your form and technique with teaching points throughout the workout which consists of three sets of ten moves. No dance in this workout but don’t worry there is a cheesy playlist to get us through!

What you need: A little bit of space, a mat/towel, and one weight (if you don’t have a weight, do not stress – watch the beginning of the video and I will give you some ideas of things you can pick up around your house to use as a weight!.. you can also do this with no weights at all and still have a great workout)

The Shred Squad Top Tip: Crank up the volume, and if you have an external/bluetooth speaker, hook it up to your laptop/phone to blast out the bangers!
